Care should be taken to open scroll boxes and enter the data correctly.

Look at the "display as" line to be sure it is named and will be searched by how it should be.

       i.e Ramada Inn not  Inn, Ramada


A Revision date and initial of who changed it must go in the note section every time a contact change is made.  REV date and initial REV 3/7/14 AA

How To Fill Out A Contact Card:


Residential will be entered in Full Name
Commercial is entered in Company
Job title:
File as: Residential make sure it is last name, first name
              Commercial : Business Name
              Government: Site and Building Number

Email:  Enter email address (critical)
Display as: This is how the email will be displayed in contacts---adjust as needed
Web Address:
IM Address:


Phone Numbers: Make sure you open the drop down arrows and enter each line
       Address:  All new contacts will show business and by clicking that button you can change it to home or other.  Once you have changed it  use the drop down menu to enter the information.

Map It:  This will show a street map for directions.
